Nice hotel. Nice design and good steam and sauna

access in each room and an iron and ironing board. Instead there was only internet access on the first floor and you had to go down to the lobby to iron clothes

The area (close to the city center and 10 minutes from the underground
station); the room; the breakfast; the parking facility

The reception area was all the time a very busy area and only a
receptionist available for tourists. A pretty cold atmosphere at the
bar.

30 minutes walk to nearest metro., but 5 minutes to nearest bus to go to the metro.

Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast

In order to guarantee my booking, the hotel blocked on my account a
larger amount of money than what I may have owed for the accomodation...
More precisely, the value of my accomodation was 298 e and the hotel
blocked 350 e in my account. They unblocked this amount 3 days after I
left and paid for the hotel... Meaning that for 3 days the hotel blocked
648 e in my account... This is very wrong!!!

Polite and helpful staff; great breakfast; nice design of the rooms;

they put us in what I think was the smallest room in the hotel;There is still money blocked on my credit card, even though I paid with that card. Apparently that did not unblock the money; hopefully it will.

Kindness of the staff

1.There is only one baby seat in the Restaurant 2.it's 4 star hotel thay
should have bill desk! I had to transfer my Luggage to & from the room
3. there is no boiler inside the rooms!

comfortable and nice hotel in quiet area, near location to everything, all transport in around of hotel is available. hotel staff was very nice. we received a welcome drink and it was a nice surprise.the breakfast was very good.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The choice for breakfast was excellent. The room's were of a high standard. Only 10 minutes from the city centre.
