Personalen var trevlig, mycket rent och fräscht rum. Läget var också rätt bra. Lite stelt inredningsmässigt, kändes mer som ett kontor än ett rum att bo i. Jag gillar annars ren och enkel inredningsstil, men detta var lite för sterilt gjort. |

Our room was comfortable and quite.In the morning we were listening birds` song! It was cool!And the breakfast was very variously and all dishes were very delicios. |

helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, booking shows,travel etc. recomending good restaurants Only the British know how to do a "Full english" !! |

Very confortable, nice bed and shower. Staff is kind. Free internet access. Expensive breakfast. The hotel is not very close of the main tourist attractions. But you can go walking and get there in 30 minutes or take a bus and get there in 10 minutes. |

The atmosphere of my room, lighting was nice. 1. The breakfast was not included in the price which made the price of the room a bit expensive. 2. The clothers ironing room was a small unfinished room off from the reception and noting that they have a rule that no ironing in the rooms due to it been a fire hazzard, I expected a fully equiped and pleasant room available. 3. non smoking areas were too little. 4. A/C did not work, rooms too hot |

Everything about this hotel was what hotels should strive to be like. Staff- very helpful. Buffet delicious. Room very nice. Fitness centre great. In a brilliant location close to shops and Westbahnof station. |

Nice hotel. Nice design and good steam and sauna access in each room and an iron and ironing board. Instead there was only internet access on the first floor and you had to go down to the lobby to iron clothes |
