We were able to upgrade from the Annex to the main hotel in order to get air conditioning. As it was very hot in late June, this was a major plus. Access to train station is great! Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. It can be difficult finding good lodging for four people (two adults, two teenagers), but this was excellent! |

Lovely spacious room in the Annexe - which is just across the road from the main hotel. Nice bathroom with separate toilet. I very much enjoyed the free Mozart/Sound of Music films featuring Salzburg. Restaurant provided good, friendly service with good food for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was generally too warm with insufficient fresh air even in the public spaces for the summer. Needs efficient/quiet air conditioning + the annex has no means of carrying luggage up the stairs, which is poor for a 4* hotel. And I did not see on your website that there is no lift in the Annex. |

Location was very good. We had reserved a triple room and got a quadruple one - that was a positive surprise. Air conditioning should be included in price. There was an additional fee for air conditioning. |
