Excellent breakfasts and very near bus station The annex is one floor in a building across the road. |

The room was very spacious and situated on a very quiet side of the building, away from any noises. From the outside it is not very inviting, however the inside compensated for this. The reception area should be renovated to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. |

We stay in the new wing of the hotel. The room is very big, almost double than other hotels I stayed in Eurpoean. Very clean & bright washroom, simple but modern & comfortable bed-room. Close to the Main train station, 3 mins by walk. Nice breakfast. Wireless network doesn't work in the new wing, even it's 4euro per hours. I have to carry my laptop and walk to the reception place (which is opposite the street) then get the connection. |

Everything. The room was very large compared to typical European rooms. We were very pleased and wished we could have stayed longer than one night. |

Very close to Salzburg main station. Breakfast was excellent. Elevator is somewhat small. |

The front desk staff was wonderful! We arrived earlier than originally planned and hoped to move our Sound of Music tour earlier; the young lady immediately picked up the phone and had us on the next tour which would pick us up right at the hotel in an hour, which allowed us just enough time to enjoy a terrific lunch at the hotel restaurant! Breakfast (same restaurant) was amazing! |

Staff were extremely helpfull and friendly, location was good as wanted a hotel near to trains and buses. Didn't think it was value for money at all, thought it was more 3 star than 4 star. Air con did not work although we just put up with it and did not complain. Hotel did not have the luxury feel of a 4 star hotel. |

We were in the new annex which was really nice and modern, I had stayed in the main hotel part across the road a couple of months before and I have to say the annex was cheaper and nicer. The parking situation was unfortunate (none available) for us but we were warned that it might not be possible on booking.com website. |
