Staff was very friendly. We've got good recommendations about restaurants nearby. Tourist information center is located next door to the hotel. The hotel is close to mountains (though lift in Gotzens works only in winter time). The view from the balcony was very nice. Breakfast is very good: lots of stuff, including various fruites, nuts, cakes, etc. Kitchen in the room. Unfortunatelly, we were sent to another town (bus to Axamer Lizum: 7,6e for two) where lift works in summer, but it was closed this day due to bad wheater. So we've spent time and money to look at the stopped lift. The room is quite small, so if one stands in the room, the other can't pass him. The balcony is common, so one can't leave open balcony door for a night. It's very dark in bathroom. |

Room was large, terrace and balcony were very nice and scenic. Staff was very pleasant. Elevator as out of order, our room on fourth level, insects/flies were very disturbing throughout the entire stay. |

Un albergo di "charme" immerso in un incantevole paesaggio montano. La sala colazione ed il bar, splendidamente arredato! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando a tutti. Punto di partenza per tante escursioni. Ideale anche per Innsbruck a soli 5 kms. Ci torneremo ! |
