The location was perfect, the rooms great value for money, and the hotel manager was fantastic! Only suggestion - shower over bath should have a higher position so one can stand whilst showering and not have to sit in the bath. |

The Staff, Cici, Karen and Kristina were awesome. Cici, the manager, went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay including extending us an extra couple of days during a peak season. The rooms were spacious, well kept and cozy. highly recommend. We skied the entire stay, the hotel is a 10 minute bus ride (mainly due to other stops) or a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the main lifts in BG. About 6 minutes walk to bars, dining and waterfall. Cici made excellent dining and going out recommendations. |

sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Personal, Preis, Lage etwas abgewohnt, kein Fön am Zimmer, kein Duschvorhang in der Badewanne, Bettwäsche und Bad nicht einwandfrei gereinigt, Betten wurden nicht gemacht |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Von Chefin als Entschädigung für geschlossenes Restaurant am 2 Tag Frühstück umsonst. Zimmereinrichtung total veraltet.Handtuchhalter usw. lose, Frühstück konnte für 1 Tag nicht dazu genommen werden,da Restaurant geschlossen.Auf Buchungsseite sollte ersichtlich sein,ob und wann Restaurant offen. |
