great value for money; nice & clean room, newly refurbished, great location, comfortable bed; LCD TT, bathroom amenities... I generally don't like bath/shower curtains :-) |

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in during our first visit to Klagenfurt. The welcome at reception which is so important, was excellent and immediately gave us a good impression. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately the bin in the bedroom had not been emptied and there was a half eaten bar of chocolate in the mini bar. These points did not take away from our comfort but rooms could be checked prior to guests' arrival. |

staff at reception was very nice, easy check-out not so good that the check-in starts only at 14h, it should be at 12h - it was written in the description, so i understand. However their bar is nice to wait... |
