Location is perfect, hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions (e.g. Stephansdom, Museum Quarter, Christmas markets). Breakfast was good with everything from fresh fruit to bacon and eggs. This was the noisiest hotel we've ever been in Wien! We had asked for a quiet room and they placed us right next to the elevator and the house-cleaners' closet, so that even ear-plugs didn't keep the noise. Also the rooms didn't have any kind of air-conditioning so the room was hot and the air run out even now on wintertime. Therefore, we are not going to stay at this hotel again. |

Perfect location, nice old fashion style. Room was small, particularly as compared to how it was represented on the webb site. Low service ambition (house keeping 'gone home' at normal service hours in hotels. No restocking of mini bar (or hotel bar for that matter, which was out of standard products for several days) |
