Location, although difficult to find by car, hotel is well served by local bus service and a small tram from the village. Local restaurants are nearby and excellent, many activities can be booked from hotel, cable car opposite, leisure facilites large rooms, fiendly staff we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. |

The Hotel is right next to cable car: Patschkofelbahn. It has some lovely views from its balcony. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. I was particularly fascinated by the facilities i.e. Swimming Pool, Sauna and Infrared Cabin to be in particular. Bathroom could have been better. I stayed for 4 days and the face tissues were not replenished even once. |

the view the sevice was poor our stay was for 3 nights we reported the shower broke after 1st night still wasn't fixed when we left asked for toast at breakfast and was looked at as if we had 2 heads we are frequent travellers and often stay at 4* hotels i would not rate this hotel as 4* the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in it was like sleeping on a board we were the only English |

Extremely helpful and very friendly staff. Good position, huge bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfast, very attractive public rooms We liked everything, but just a tiny point that we thought being 4-star there should have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room |

the friendleness of staff good food i think there should be a notice up outside the spa to say spa facillites are mixed and not to be offendid with naked people we found it very imtimidating |

the swimming pool with all the different bubble effects:fabulous! The breakfast was nice and staff ever so nice and helpful and speak many languages.Lobby very prety. We were not given an info pack, we had no idea of time for breakfast,opening hours of pool and entry code...the bedroom was spacious but the furniture old, dirty and damged, 2 bulbs din't work and 1 lamp had no shade. Room has great potential but need serious updating. |

Location Lack of common facilities for a 4 star hotel. No mini-bar, no ironing facilities, no mechanical air-extraction from the toilet - these are basic facilities which were missing. |
