The room was great: excellent outside view, very clean, new and modern. Excellent value for my money. Location, it's very far from train station. Not recommended to walk from there.... |

This hotel is the epitome of modern, clean efficiency! The rooms are good and the facilities are excellent, top that off with a beautiful 5 minute walk to the old town centre of Innsbruck and it has it all if you like the modern type hotel. Some might say this hotel is a souless business venue - I personally did not feel this was the case. I enjoyed the clean and simple effortless efficiency. |

The location was excellent - a short walk to the town along the beautiful River Inn. The room was very spacious and comfortable. A coffee-maker in the room would have been welcome. Also, the car parking was rather expensive. |

we just wanted Coffee and Croissant for light breakfast, not a full 15Euro meal, yourjust staff appeared confused,and all we could getb was coffee |

Large room, nice view of the mountains (No. 225), good breakfast, old town easy to reach by foot, friendly & helpful staff No W-Lan in the room (but in the lobby), poor amenities in bathroom, housekeeping staff did not clean well (poor service for 3 days in a row) |

The bed was very comfortable although some might find it slightly on the hard side. Internet is free if you have a cord to connect. View was very cool. Far from train station and city center. No coffee maker. Breakfast is 13 euros per person. No ala carte option apparently. |
