Size of the room is good. We did not like the room because close to cleaning staff room and the hotel changed our room immediatly. At the booking we asked not to get a room close to cleaning ladies room and we got a room next to the cleaning ladies room who woke us up at 8am on saturday morning. The hotel is not so close to downtown. It takes 20 minutes to get there so we usually took the metro for 2 stations. |

The location of the hotel in relationship with the price that you offer was great. The price that you offer in relationship with the room was great. The posted price in relationship with the room was outrageous. The price of breakfast (15 Euro per person) was outrageous. They did not had any extra pillow in the room and no sleepers. |

Being close to the underground station and to the center; Clean room with good bed and big TV; Quiet At the reception there were few staff at service, therefore usually there was a queue. |

Its an easy hotel to find, very central and good connected with public transportation The room cleaning staff was waking us up twice.The first time at 7:30 on a Sunday. Looks a bit uncoordinated. |

convenience, just across the Sbahn furnishing is old, bathroom is made for the handicapped and no shower curtain, room was stuffy but luckily we can open the window |

I appreciated the service of barman in the hotel's bar (Spanish or Italian by origin) and the efficiency of the reception staff. I wish it were more TV-channels in English and other languages. |

location is good, hotel rooms were reasonably comfortable Very noisy outside especially if your room is located on the main road, most rooms have either a smell of cigarettes or the stench of poor drainage (we had to move rooms for both reasons). Breakfast is organised chaos, lack of bowls, plates, knives etc The hotel has many rooms, but the breakfast rooms simply cannot cater for the number residents. Also got stuck in lift!!!! |
