Hyvä sijainti metroaseman välittömässä läheisyydessä.

Rauhallinen, siisti huone, kaikki tarvittavat palvelut. Internetin käyttömahdollisuutta en tosin löytänyt hotellin kirjasesta, enkä lyhyen vierailuni vuoksi ehtinyt sitä henkilökunnalta tarkistamaan. Aamiainen hyvä, ja henkilökuntaa enemmän kuin riittävästi, mistä johtuen siistit tarjoilu- ja ruokailupöydät.

Hotellihuoneen televisio oli turhan pieni, ei nykyaikaisten vaatimusten mukainen; kohtuullisen kokoisessa huoneessa tulisi tvn olla niin suuri että se "näkyy" hyvin. Vierailuni osui samanaikaisesti jalkapallon EM semifinaalin kanssa (oman matkan tarkoitus ei jalkapalloon liittyvä), mikä varmaankin näkyi hotellihuoneen hinnassa.

Location was excellent ! Located right across the u4 station. Our room
was very comfortable.... Our room is quite spacious. We travel a lot,
this hotel is one of the good ones we have stayed in.

We are a family on non-smokers, so I didn't like that the main
lobby/reception is full of people smoking. Most of the hotels we stayed
in are smoke-free.

The hotel was close to the metro station.

The bathroom didn't smell good. I told this to the hotel staff and nothing changed. The air conditioned didn't work all the time. Sometimes was hot. During the two days I have stayed in the hotel, other guests opened the door of my room while I was staying in it. And the hotel staff knocks at my door at 8:00 a.m. to know if I consumed sometinhg at the bar.

The air condition was not working for the staied period and for the 10 rooms

They say its a 4.star hotel, when clearly its not. When we checked in,
the gave us two very small rooms without airconditions and with a
doublebed, even though we requested a twinroom. After complainig we got
other rooms, but we were woken up three times in the morning by the
cleaning staff, who entered the room without even knocking on the door.
The people in the reception were untrained and rude

The room was too small, i.e. there was not enough space, the bed was not big enough for 2 persons, the furniture was too old for the price and the stars the hotel offered.
