The staff was very helpful! I was asked once more about the non-smoking room, which was nice. It seems they also have endless patience. The room was small but clean. Safe box is a big plus. Location is a bit far from city center, but on the other hand there is a station just out of the hotel. I didn't like the toilet seat, however, it's a bit strange for what I've used to but not disturbing. Also, breakfast should be included. |

The hotel was close to the metro station. The bathroom didn't smell good. I told this to the hotel staff and nothing changed. The air conditioned didn't work all the time. Sometimes was hot. During the two days I have stayed in the hotel, other guests opened the door of my room while I was staying in it. And the hotel staff knocks at my door at 8:00 a.m. to know if I consumed sometinhg at the bar. |

Conveniently located very close to U4 stop and accessible to all Vienna hotspots in short distances The bathrooms are not ventilated, no control on the AirConditioning it switches on automatically and is noisy during the night, the picture on the site does not reflect the actual room. |
