The location, the look of the hotel, the treatment, everything wsa wonderful The only thing was the staff tried to come and clean the room at 8.00am on the morning of checkout when we had until 12.00pm. we had to resort to putting a do not disturb sign on the door. |

The position of the Hotel is very good, opposite to Pilgram Metro Station, very easy to go to the center, and close to Mariahilfestrasse. In my opinion the Hotel doesn't have 4 stars, the bathroom was very small, the remote controller of the ventilation did not function and the ventilation was making big noise. |

Size of the room is good. We did not like the room because close to cleaning staff room and the hotel changed our room immediatly. At the booking we asked not to get a room close to cleaning ladies room and we got a room next to the cleaning ladies room who woke us up at 8am on saturday morning. The hotel is not so close to downtown. It takes 20 minutes to get there so we usually took the metro for 2 stations. |

The location of the hotel in relationship with the price that you offer was great. The price that you offer in relationship with the room was great. The posted price in relationship with the room was outrageous. The price of breakfast (15 Euro per person) was outrageous. They did not had any extra pillow in the room and no sleepers. |

Its an easy hotel to find, very central and good connected with public transportation The room cleaning staff was waking us up twice.The first time at 7:30 on a Sunday. Looks a bit uncoordinated. |
