Hotel staff is excelent and very very proffesional and helpful! Location of the hotel is good, close to the airport and a McArthurs Glenn outlet will be opened on the back side of the hotel. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption schlechte Organisation am Frühstücksbuffet, Mitarbeiter nicht motiviert, man muss ständig darauf aufmerksam machen, dass Platten leer sind, kein Geschirr bzw. Gläser da sind etc., Tische werden nur zögerlich abgeräumt und es dauert sehr lange bis wieder neu eingedeckt wird, am meisten stört mich an den Tischen, dass Unmengen an Bröseln und Flecken am Tischtuch sind und diese nie gewechselt werden. |

Alles in allem sehr OK. Die Preise für das Frühstück sind aus meiner Socht absolut überzogen. Weiters sehe ich nicht ein, warum es keine Parkplätze gibt und mein Wagen abgeschleppt wurde. Noch dazu in den Norden von Slzbg. |

Όλους. Το παρκιν-το οποίο ήταν μακριά απο το ξενοδοχείο, την θέρμανση-η οποία ήταν ανύπαρκτη και είμασταν αναγκασμένοι να κυκλοφορούμε στο δωμάτιο με τα μπουφάν μας, Την εξυπηρέτηση η οποία ήταν επίσης ανύπαρκτη. Ακόμα, δεν θα πρέπει να αναφέρουν στο site τους οτι διαθέτουν Internet και τελικά κατά την άφιξη μας να μας αναφέρουν ότι κάνουν rebuilding στα συστήματα τους και δεν θα έχουμε πρόσβαση. |

Es muy fácil llegar desde la Autopista. Junto a él existe un centro comercial El servicio fue pésimo. No tenían nuestra reserva, nos dieron una habitación que no estaba hecha y nos cambiaron a otra. $ horas después, en la nueva habitacíon, no funcionaba la TV y nos cambiaron otra vez. Fue vergonzoso |
