The hotel is in a nice location, and was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was also very friendly. |

Good location, history building, polite staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice room decoration and furniture (although worn out), good cleaning. Quite worn out - needs renovation. Noisy - bad room insulation and old plumbing. Pillows too soft. |

Our room (in the second new stock) was excellently clean, warm and comfortable, we really liked it. Fresh towels every day. Sauna. Common spaces were poor: scraped walls and doors, squalid elevators. We had to walk a lot to reach our room or the sauna as the building is a sort of labyrinth and the staff were too busy to be helpful even though I speak German. They didn't even tell us that it was possible to reach our room without getting in and out the stocks (in december). Very late check in. |

Good location. The room was not in the main building, but in the backyards. Ugly, stinky buiding of 70-es. The room was ok, but don´t trust beautiful picture of the fasade. It is only reception and breakfast area. |

location Service was very slow. We checked in quite late and we had to wait over 20 min because there was some problem with our reservation, it was lucky we had printed the reservation. The hotel was ok, but not a 4-star hotel. |

This hotel is a three star accommodation that struggles to keep its 3rd star. The carpets are heavily worn, the walls need cleaning. Location is ideal for visiting Schloss School and the metro and tram stations are 00 meters away. The morning breakfast is absurdly overpriced and the nearby Café Dommerg offers a much finer experience. Smoking in public places, restaurant, and bars. |
