The staff was quite nice, especially at breakfast. Location is good, and the rooms are spacious. Our complaints were handled in a satisfactory way. The room was not very clean, and the chill out lounge is a joke. The quality of drinks it offers free is so low that I'd rather they had a bar where you pay but get decent drinks. The whole hotel is on the shabby side. |

We really liked your hotel. Its location was particularly good as was the friendly service and assistance your staff provided. We had to leave very early on our departure and we were provided with a take away breakfast. The guests lounge was really comfortable and had good facilities for free coffe/tea/juce, etc. |

the staff in the reception and the restaurant were extermely helpful. The hotels is in a perfect location and could walk to all the places in the old and the new town. The staff also let us keep the baggage after we checked out of the hotel. |

Good breakfast, friendly staff, good location I needed an internet connection for my laptop computer and the reservation confirmation indicated that our room had such. However, no interned connection was available in the room and no room that had one was available. |
