The staff was very warm and friendly. They were very helpful when asked about the surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We would definatley stay there again when we are in the area. The breakfast was a bit pricey for the selection. The beds would have been more comfortable if they not have the split/space down the middle from having the two beds combined. |

Staff, Facilities, Views, Breakfast, Rooms, all great! Perhaps a bit more signs from the previous town as we arrived at night and where a bit lost on the road. |

quiet location. To go to downtown Innsbruck there is bus J near the hotel, stop right in the centre of town, price 1.80 euros. Much better than trying to park your car in town. Feather pillows too soft and too flat. |

Sehr nettes Personal, unheimlich leckeres Essen (Restaurant), wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon, Badezimmer 1A, Minibar vorhanden, TV mit vielen Programmen, tolle Einrichtung, es hat einfach alles von Anfang bis Ende gestimmt! Nur zu empfehlen! Es fällt mir wirklich nix ein! |

Le personnel est très obligeant. Le côté traditionnel est reposant. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié. En novembre c'est la saison morte et on pouvait regretter un manque de service pour le goûter ( rien quand on rentre de randonnée) et le dîner. Très bien placé par rapport à Innsbrück et aux randonnées en montagne. |
