Parasta oli hyvä sijainti Wienin keskustassa. Perusasiat hotellissa olivat kunnossa, mutta 4 tähden hotelliksi ja hintatasoonsa nähden vaatimaton, ei mitään luxusta. Enemmänkin sieltä puuttui sellaista, mistä olisin pitänyt. |

Hotellin sijainti ja siisteys. Tämä oli jo neljäs vierailuni tässä hotellissa. Aamupalalla saisi olla kahviautomaatti palvelun lisäksi. Aamulla maistuisi useampikin kuppi. |

Hieman epäselvää oli 2 aik ja lapsi lisävuoteessa yhdistelmän hinta ja saatavuus koska sitä ei saa sivulta suoraan. Ilmeisesti se sitten olikin Junior Suite-hinta. |

Hinta / laatusuhde kohdallaan, etteikö jopa erinomainen.Aamupala erinomainen ja henkilökunta siellä palvelevaa. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Yksi parhaista hotellikokemuksistani. Vastaanottajan tulisi keskittyä fyysisen asiakkaan palveluun, eikä ottaa sillä hetkellä puhelimen kautta kiilaajia hoidettavakseen. Ymmärrän kyllä tavallaan kun ei ole muuta henkilökuntaa vastaamaan. Mutta silti se ärsyttää aina kun joku kiilaa edelle. |

The hotel has charged my card by the whole cost of our stay four weeks ahead of our arrival, which I find strange. I have never ever experienced anything like that in any other hotel in the world. |

They spontaneously (without my explicite asking) offered me another room at a higher category but at the same price because I did not like the ventilation noise in the first room. The location is perfect. The breakfast very good. |

The location of the hotel; the friendliness, courtesy and quiet efficiency of all the staff; the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms and all the public areas. There was nothing we disliked. But compared the the Hotel Kaiserhof in Vienna, where we stayed in May, we found the breakfast at the Das Tigra disappointing. The choice of food was dull, unimaginative and limited compared to the Kaiserhof and the two cooked dishes - bacon and scrambled egg - were not very nicely done. When one of us ordered an omelette, it was too dry and oily to enjoy. |

The hotel rooms were recently renovated and were quite spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was generous. The central location of the hotel was perfect to walk to all the Inner City sights. Smoking was allowed in the main lobby. |

Junior Suite is an excellent room The suite is on the 8th floor and the elevators only reach the 7th. you have to climb stairs to get to the room. |
