Friendly efficent staff. Cleanliness of the hotel. Comfort of the room Just one thing. The hot water at 8am/8-30am was not warm enough to have a comfortable shave and shower. This is because of heavy use at this time one assumes. At other times of use it was perfect!!!! |

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. Great breakfast buffet and elegant surroundings. |

The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was good with a good assortment. The location of the hotel was farther than what we would have wanted but was in a quiet area. Everything was closed when we would leave mid- morning and come back late at night which made finding bottled water close to the hotel difficult, a general problem in Vienna anyway. The air conditioning was preset by the hotel and we could not control it. Warm during the day and very cold at night. We asked for a quiet room in our reservations and were given a room right outside the elevator and stairway, upon returning to the hotel after a few days in Prague. We were told it was the only room and that we could be sent to another hotel. |
