The parking space was very very small! The entrance of the underground parking was very narrow, our car almost scratched the sides. In fact, unfortunately some other cars did. The hotel will recommend you other parking space just 2 blocks away. But this was a public parking, and they will close at 8pm. You can not go out with your car at night. |

Good position (near subway), comfort, very good quality/price ratio (35 €/night per person in a twin room). The only problem was that the chambermaids didn't tidy up the room until 5 or 6 in the afternoon. If your chamber is at the first floor (like ours) let's request the reception to tidy up your room as late as they can. |

Everything was outstanding. 5 star rooms. All is new and clean. The underground is near by and within 3 min you at he Stefansdom in the city center |

Good breakfast. Good climatcontrol. It is too far from center. According description hotel is near to the center. The girl of the reception did not tell or explain how to go. Later we by ourself found a metrostation. No room for smokers |

Very modern rooms, newly decorated. Staff at reception very helpful Quiet location not many restaurants around the hotel although bus stop outside main entrance. Rooms require a bin, toilet brush, tea & coffee making facilities would be nice. Hotel information in rooms e.g. bars opening times etc. local info |

The suites are good, modern and clean. The manager of the team of employees is rude and impolite. The ducha of the bathroom did not function.The hotel is new and the taxistas do not know its location. |

Nice people. Beautiful, new, clean rooms. Great location in the third district for shopping, restaurants, proximity to City Airport Train (CAT) and other rail and bus transporation. Excellent breakfast buffet.
No literature in the room about the hotel. For example, how to make an outside call, cost for calls, no instruction on use of safe, etc.
