I liked that this hotel was totally renovated; new styling; cleanliness..

I didn;t like the extra bed conditions in the room

the garage, if you had a medium-big car is a nightmare to park, and you cannot sllep in the night when you thing that "tommorow you must go out"

Breakfast was super.

Receptionist trying to convince us there was no internet in hotel when we asked her to check train times.

The parking space was very very small! The entrance of the underground parking was very narrow, our car almost scratched the sides. In fact, unfortunately some other cars did. The hotel will recommend you other parking space just 2 blocks away. But this was a public parking, and they will close at 8pm. You can not go out with your car at night.

Everything was outstanding. 5 star rooms. All is new and clean. The underground is near by and within 3 min you at he Stefansdom in the city center

Good location, nice and helpful staff, quite room although looking right at the street, modern decor. I was provided with the city map in Russian at the reception, which was appreciated.

We had requested an extra set of blankets and pillows. They brought it
to our room and the pillow case was dirty and smelled bad. Although the
room had a/c they refused to turn it on because it was 15c outside. As
the room was very hot, we had to open the window which made it
impossible to sleep due to the traffic noise. It was weird to have the
restaurant next to the lobby. Machine coffee was bad

Nice people. Beautiful, new, clean rooms. Great location in the third district for shopping, restaurants, proximity to City Airport Train (CAT) and other rail and bus transporation. Excellent breakfast buffet.

No literature in the room about the hotel. For example, how to make an outside call, cost for calls, no instruction on use of safe, etc.
Had an issues with shower draining properly and staff did not react to my requests. Was not a considerable issue, but it should have been fixed.
