Modern hotel, nice bar and breakfast room. Nice swimming pool area, advantage in city hotel. Very expensive for what it is. Staff seem disorganised. Small things like wobbly taps in bathroom, bath handle half off wall. Could be very nice with a bit of effort. |

easy to get to centrum with tramway (7min), pool, gym and really great brekfast buffet. AC. noise from the street if room on the street side (but silent on the garden side), only one computer with internet in the hall (queue) |

The price/location ratio is excellent (20 minutes by walk from the center of the city, 10 minutes with the tramway that runs right in front of the hotel). The breakfast is excellent. The air conditioning was not working at all (we tested two rooms, because we had to switch over), and during summer nights, it gets hot and moisty in Vienna. The hotel, though seemingly newly renovated, needs some new paint in the corridors. |

Our original booking was oversold at Eurostars Vienna so the staff moved us to their brand new hotel in the town centre, at their cost I might add. They were so accommodating and I would recommend any Eurostar hotel to all travelers looking for a great hotel stay. The only thing was that they were such a brand new hotel, (opened the day we checked in) they hadn't hooked up their internet service yet and being a business traveler, it was essential that I get online. I did not fault them nor complain as I totally understood their situation and they made up for it in every other way. |
