Trevligt mottagande vid receptionen. Att frukost ingick och att det fanns så mycket att välja på till frukosten. Bekväm tillgång till spårvagn. Tillgång till pool och gym. Det var för varmt i vårt rum och svårt att reglera temperaturen. För hård sängbotten. En kudde till hade varit bra. |

It was just a normal hotel. Too hot in the room, airco didn't work perfectly. No big lights in the room. No brush to clean the toilet. One soap for two people. Parking small, crowded and expensive. One person at reception is not enough. Woman does many things at the same time which causes mistakes. |

No wifi internet in hotel room. Too small room as it is a 4* star hotel.

Comfort of the Room, excelent brakefast Free internet only in lobby. In the room, the internet starts at EUR 8.00/hour. At 4 stars hotel, the internet should be free in the room. Also, the price per room 125 eur/day is quite expesive. |

the room was very luxurious and quiet and with spectacular view. The pool was complete cheat as it was working some hours and also its very very old.The bathroom in the pool has not been cleaned for at least one week!Moreover it was not at all warm it was freezing!The room service does not exist after 9pm and the reception is not such helfpul as it should be. |

Very nice rooms, nearby the metro station (5 minutes walking) and with a tram line (44) passing in front. Free internet in a computer in the main lobby. |
