The hotel desk clerk, Nina, was super helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to help us get everything we needed and make wonderful suggestions for things to see. We also appreciated the hotel restaurant with its attentive staff and delicious food. |

The setting - so central, the pleasant atmosphere and the cheerful decoration in the bedroom and comfortable bed. I did not like looking at a wall through my bedroom window! Mini-bar prices quite high for soft drinks.Better to have an empty fridge to fill up from local sources. |

Location, character/history of hotel, view from our room (could see alps and Golden Roof from windows from room 411), great breakfast, helpful staff. Both nights got woken up at 2am by noise on street below, room a little small, parking not cheap. |

We stayed in one of the less expensive rooms. It was fairly basic but clean and with a decent bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and it was in an ideal position for the centre of town. Very good indeed for a short stay. |

Location, location, location - it was excellent! There was no lounge or separate bar area so no place to relax with friends - the rooms are exceptionally small and entertaining there is out of the question. |

Location The twin room was extemely small.The hotel restaurants were fully booked both nights of our stay and it was difficult to find somewhere to eat, presumably because of Christmas parties etc. |

The location was perfect for exploring Old Town Innsbruck. Mozart stayed at this hotel. A very unique room!!! Very difficult to locate hotel and to check in-- parking is available offsite, but cars are not allowed in old town except to drop off bags. We had to park about 1/2 mile away, walk to the hotel, find out where to park, then relocate our car. |
