Friendly and helpful staff. Fine breakfast and lovely garden to enjoy it in! There was no lift or air-conditioning in the Annexe where we stayed. As we experienced very hot waether it was rather hot in the room even with the fan they had supplied. Three stories was a long way to haul luggage up and down the stairs! I think the main hotel offered a very different experience. |

It is quite close to the canal and the Old City. Infact Salzburg is not too big either. The Roof Top Terrace, though hardly frequented, is a wonderful place. The hotel has excellent breakfast and weather permitting, breakfast in the garden is an experience. |

High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. Add to this ease of access and free onsite parking and it hard to see how it could be bettered. |

Convenient situated close to the city centre, yet in a quite location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms adequate and very clean. Outside terrace would have been very nice had the weather been better during our stay. |

Helpful reception staff, fresh, bright decor, lovely breakfast room and terrace. Good breakfast. Gorgeous bath products, and fudge. Quiet location, well signposted. Good parking facilities. Bedroom comfortable. Confused by two bathrooms! Beds a little hard for our taste. |

The resteraunt garden was wonderful. The hotel having the tour buses pick is up was a great bonus. The couch in out room was very uncomfertable. |

Clean room, nice view and friendly staff. The coffee - especially the coffee from the bar. Should have told us abt. the nice display of brochures (sightseeing etc) on the ground floor. Discovered it just before leaving the hotel. |

breakfast was great, free wifi, helpfull staffs and free private car park. Dont have aircondition, we have to open the windows and noise from street came into the room but it was OK for us. |

nice that they had bikes available at no charge listed as being a short walk from Old Town...it was at least 15 minutes. They were rebuilding the room next to us and started at 7a.m. I complained later that day and they made sure the men started after 10am (very responsive even though they did wreck one morning's sleep) |

That we could check in sitting down opposite the desk clerk. That seemed a very friendly way to check in. When we ordered a dessert in the bar, it took an extremely long time to be served. |
