Yes, in future we do concider staying with you again but we noticed just to late as we had left Vienna on one of our stops at the Auotbahn that uponparking our hire care the roof of the car was scratched please do take care that people which handle these matters do this in a save manner. Thank you and we shall see you again some time in the future

Breakfast on saturday and sunday we had to ask for bowls, glasses etc
which had not been restocked. Aircon didnt work very well no detailed
instructions.

The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating (including at reception, the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff). All of them spoke excellent English. The room was quiet and air conditioned, something that is not all that common in European hotels. The shower was really excellent as well, again something not all that common in European hotels.

There are stairs up into the reception and from the lift to the corridor on the room floors, which was difficult with a heavy suitcase, although I'm sure someone would have helped if I had asked. On the plus side, they were very nice and stored my suitcase while I made a side trip before returning to stay at the same hotel a week later.

Central location, U-Bahn and tram station nearby, large bathroom,
comfortable bed, air-condition.

Quite noisy in the evening, at night and in the morning; quite a small
variety for breakfast for a 4-star hotel. The interior reminds of soviet
Russian flats.

Price for location...every thing is nearby! I highly recommend!

Linen in rooms smelt of smoke. peolple who dont smoke dont get it! It makes every thing smell. In Europe its such a problem everywhere to stay or eat!
