The location is perfect for exploring Vienna by foot. The room was of generous size, clean, quiet, and with A/C. The staff was very courteous,and eager to help. I would strongly recommend it. The TV selections did not include an English language business channel, such as Bloomberg,or CNBC. |

We enjoyed our stay, we relaxed and the staff very very friendly asnd supportive. We arrived late, they parked our car for us too. They made us feel very welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was really good. Maybe one thing, we had to pay for our car park seperately in cash as we could not charge it to our room charges. Small item but important |

This our second stay at Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth. We like the cleanliness, the staff is courteous and helpful & the location is wonderful for walking to many sights. It is also close to a U-line for traveling to other parts of the city. |
