the hotel had a nice atmosphere, the staff were friendly and it was easy to get into town It desperately needed aircon or even just a fan, as it was unbelievably hot and airless in the room, which made it hard to sleep. |

Breakfast was ok. The location is fine and well served by buses. Not noisy. I think this hotel is too expensive for the service and rooms provided. No lift, the wireless internet was very week. The room floor was not very clean and the bed were uncomfortable. The bathroom essential and in general the furniture is very basic. |

No air condition and it was very hot at night time. The room was only hoovered when we arrived but not whilst staying there |

Though its not in the city centre, it is just in front of the bus stop. Very nice and clean room. Great breakfast. Though wireless Internet is provided in the room it kept disconnecting (both mine and my friend's computer got this problem). Asked the reception staff but they had no clue. |

Easy access to city centre via bus, friendly staff. A stream flowed uder our window! not operating after 11pm, with no security and no lobby access after then. bathrooms were very crammed and breakfast did not include any cooked food. would not classify it as 3*** hotel. 2** would be more appropriate. |

The hotel was a 15 minute trolley bus (no 4) away from the centre of Salzburg - and the bus stopped literally right outside the front door of the Turnerwirt (Turnerstrasse stop). The staff were helpful and provided a map of attractions, restaurants etc on arrival and booked tours for us without any problems. Breakfast selection was good. |
