The room - a suite staff "suitable" for a 2* hotel - on the reception they put us wait for c/in because the lady fro the desk was speaking with a friend, at c/out they tried to charge us double, I had to show them the reservation made through your system to change the invoice; poor breakfast |

Location was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Complimentary minibar is good. Provision of iron in room was good. Breakfast was terrible considering great cafes nearby. Staff not very responsive or helpful. |

On the whole nice hotel, good breakfast. The staff is not always helpful. At 16.00 at the reception desk we were told without almost any excuse that one of our two booked room is still not available (not cleaned) and this hotel was the only place during our holiday trip where we didn't have the two booked rooms close to each other (the booking had been made two months in advance). |
