Well-situated to the city and to the sights. Nice room with possibility to cook a cup of tea. Air-conditioned! Breakfast was rich and varied. Staff was helpful and attentive. During the week, in the morning it can be a little bit noisy in the backyard (not at week-ends). |

Location Thought they advertised Air Conditioning - they did not have it. The room was very very hot, my young sons and I could not sleep at all. We opened up all the windows (which have no child safety bars) but the street was incredibly loud (train runs all night long just outside hotel) I found it very uncomfortable of a hotel, not child friendly at all... |

We had a beautiful, large room. However I reserved a Standard Suite room for 4 people, they gave me the Grand Lux Suite with same price. The room is clean, comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, huge variety of fruits, cereals, breads. Croissants and apricot cakes are great! Situated in good location, easy to find out. The city center can be easily reached on foot. There were airconditioners, but no remote controllers in the room -- so I could not use them. But a fan in the room, which could be used. |

Very little. The hotel has been recently renovated and the windows and bathroom fixtures are modern and clean. The housekeeping staff are pleasant and cheerful. The first surprise at check-in was that the entire stay had to paid for in advance - not an imprint of the credit card but actual payment. The desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Linens are not changed during stay, the beds had awful stretchy, jersey-like sheets. The rules about smoking were not enforced in the rooms or breakfast room. |

We asked for change of a room. We were in three persons (parrents + 10year old girl) and junior suite that we got were small. There were no bigger room aavailable that day, but next day we received huge, two room appartement for the rest of stay free of charge. It is outside the Ring so for tourists it might be too far. However price can compensate inconvenience as you can use taxis for saved money. Breakfast buffet is ok, but not the great one. |
