My family and I stayed in sperior double room and it has huge sleeping room and shower room. It was clean, confortable and we can be relaxed very much.

Appearance of the hotel from outside can be more developed. It looks little dark and doesn't look as good as inside.

Conveniently located near the train station, but would still be hard to find if you are first time in town. The room off the street side is very quiet. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is not fresh, I have not got sick because of it, but the meat and fruits do not look appealing, and there are flies. The room has a bit of a stale smell.

Location of the hotel is very good. Also they were very accomodating and gave us a room before the check-in time, much appreciated by a jet lagged family travelling with young children.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean. Its a
20 min walk to the old city and much to see on the way so the
location is good.

The price and the design of the room. The washroom was bigger than the
hotel room that I stayed in Viennna. They could have made the main room
bigger using some of the space from the washroom.

nothing really but if i have to find something, well they do not have a "bidet" in the bathroom

Reception staff very accommodating & helpful. Very comfy beds.

It was disappointing not to have been able to eat dinner in the hotel on Sunday evening - we were offered recommendations of other restaurants:-( Breakfast suitable for meat lovers...

Excellent reception staff very helpful. Good choice at breakfast.

Although food was good for evening meal the service left a lot to be desired. Order incorrectly taken, totally ignored us trying to attract their attention even though only 4 tables occupied We were made to feel very uncomfortable. Following evenings forced to eat in town either 15 minute walk in rain or 20euro return taxi.

The hotel is very good in terms of location, cleanliness and services.

In terms of confort, I missed a bigger bed (I stayed in a single room) and also the option of having pillows with different densities (the pillows were quite comfortable but a bit too soft for me with no option of a harder one)

The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very close to the train station. It was very convenient. The room had great sound proofing.

They charge too much for wireless internet access. At this day and age this should be a free service.
