Being near Broadway Breakfast area is very small and the building workers next door made a lot of noises from 7am to 6pm Mon-Friday. Fire door on the 9th floor did not close properly therefore a fire risk. |

The rooms were of a high standard Couldn't open the blinds so couldn't let in any natural light at all - there were no instructions to the things in the room. The breakfast area was far to small given the number of guests staying there |

The room and the location were great. The night staff that checked me in were very nice. The day staff were not friendly, not helpful and were actually pretty mean. |

the staff was wonderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. The amenities were great-they even supplied each guest with a bag of useful goodies. |

location When I arrived, I presented my confirmation and I was told that I did not have a room reserved. How can Booking.com do this ? I was kept waiting for over an hour while the front desk clerk was calling to find out if they could find me a room. Finally I was given a (tiny) room on the 8th floor. |

it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable it was next to construction and I was woken up by jack hammering every morning and I was never aware that there was construction before I booked the hotel or at time of check in |

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom great as well. Even videogames inside the room. Couldn't ask for more. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff was not friendly and didn't seem to care much about customers. There are no servers to take care of your lugagge, which means you have to carry it by yourself. Breakfast area is small there and sometimes there is no seat for all guests. |

Good location. Clean room. Continental breakfast was sufficient, although fresh coffee would be nice rather than machine. Initial impression of hotel was that it was run down, however pleasantly suprised when i entered the room. |

The room was newly remodeled and appeared to be clean The lobby and hotel hallways could have been cleaner. It appeared that the floors and carpeting had not been swept or vaccumed. There was construction going on in the hotel as well. I feel that guests should be made aware of this prior to making their selection. The noise level was also a poor factor. |

convienience concierge on Sunday morning was very rude, you need a book in the room telling about the hotel. We were not told there was breakfast,or knew anything about what the hotel had to offer. It was a guessing game. |
